The position
The purpose of the role is to support Sub Region North within the product areas Medical Beds, Therapeutic Surfaces and VTE. You will manage this world leading portfolio on both a product- and diligence level! You will work towards achieving net sales and profitability goals for the product portfolio and will strive to develop and maintain a strong market position with an active network of KOL's. In corporation with National Sales Managers you will plan the horizon of market activities and you will work closely together with the local organization to implement operational activities on the markets. Further, you will be the point of contact towards Key Opinion Leaders in cooperation with country organizations.

Among your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Planning and implementation of Pressure Ulcer Preventation Program (PUPP)
• Internal and external training on a clinical and product level
• Operational support on country/customer level - both at customer level and internally
• Develop and maintain web-based presence on both internal and external platforms
• Act as contact point towards Global Product Marketing
• Train the sales force within the portfolio in both clinical and product sales processes
• Break down international guidelines to local levels for easy implementation by representatives
• Plan and support Product launches
• Tender support - documentation and strategies

The preferred location is Malmö.
Travel is estimated to approximately 30-50 nights per year, with a primary focus on the Nordic region.

The ideal candidate
As ideal for the position you have at least five years experience within the Medical Device industry in an operational role, either within sales or marketing - or preferably both. We see that you have at least two years experience of cyclic market planning and execution and at least two years experience of planning and execution of product launches.

Some of your key characteristics include:
• Practical experience and clinical knowledge within the product portfolio: Medical Beds, Pressure ulcers/Therapeutic Surfaces and VTE
• International Documented Sales and/or Marketing experience
• Nurse, Physio-therapist, Occupational therapist or equivalent education, preferably with a commercial/business element
• Education in Product Management
• Excellent skills in English and Swedish/Danish/Norwegian (written and spoken)

Since this position requires you to influence different stake-holders cross-borders it is crucial that you are customer-oriented, communicative and results-driven with a high level of energy. Being proactive and possessing excellent planning skills are other success factors in the role. You are also expected to have an operational working style with a strong focus on implementation and delivery.
