This isn't because car salespeople don't care. It's because their technology is failing them. They are stuck with clunky, legacy systems that turn relationship-builders into data-entry clerks. They want to sell, but they are buried in admin.

Now we're entering our next chapter: In order to fulfill our mission to create exceptional buying journeys, we're aiming to make automotive sales teams superhuman - automating the busywork in customer engagement so they can focus on what matters: acting fast, building trust, and closing deals.
The Opportunity: A Startup within a Scale-up
This is not a standard Product Management role, this is a 0-to-1 mission. It is an opportunity to build a new business line from the ground up.
As Product Manager, you will operate with the mindset of a "this is my business area". You aren't just managing a backlog; you are orchestrating a complete product strategy-from discovery and build to go-to-market and distribution.
You will have the autonomy of a founder, backed by the "unfair advantages" of an established market leader:

Massive Reach: You aren't starting from zero. You will leverage our unique position handling the majority of lead flow for major European marketplaces to gain instant distribution leverage and access to unique and valuable data.

Financial Strength: In a market where many startups are struggling for runway, we are profitable and investing aggressively in this growth phase.

The Right Tech: You will work with a modern stack, leveraging our Intelligence and Communication platform to build fast.

What you will do
Get out of the building: You will spend a lot of time with dealerships, sitting with sales teams to understand their reality. You won't rely on assumptions; you will validate hypotheses in the field.

Define the 0-to-1 Solution: You will frame the customer problem with extreme clarity and define the "Starter Package" that makes a dealer say, "Finally, someone gets it."

Ship & Iterate: You will lead the "Dealer Experience" squad to ship working prototypes, secure beta customers, and iterate rapidly based on real-world feedback to reach product-market fit.

Orchestrate the Business: You will work across departments to define the commercial architecture-partnering with the CPO and the Commercial leadership to figure out pricing, packaging, and how we leverage our marketplace partners in our GTM strategy.

Raise the Bar: As our senior product craftsman/woman, you will act as a standard-bearer for product quality, coaching our team to be evermore customer-centric, outcome-focused and commercially minded.

Who you are
We are looking for a Builder and a Doer, not a Director.

You are a Builder: You have experience founding a startup or launching a new business line within a B2B SaaS scale-up. You know how to navigate the "fog of war" when there is no roadmap.

You are Operational and have Grit: You don't need a large team to be effective. You are willing to do the unglamorous work-manually onboarding early customers or digging into data-whatever it takes to get the flywheel spinning.

You are Commercially Acute: You understand that great products must make money. You get unit economics, distribution models, and how to connect product decisions to the P&L.

You have "Strong Opinions, Loosely Held": You are willing to challenge the CPO and stakeholders if the data contradicts the strategy, but you are agile enough to pivot instantly when a hypothesis fails.

You have "Product Taste": You care deeply about product quality and know that "delight" is not the surface but exceeding expectations. You understand that great B2B software shouldn't feel like work; it should feel like a superpower. You don't just ship features; you build experiences.

This role is not for you if
You're an "Armchair Strategist"-designing theoretical frameworks at your desk rather than validating messy realities with customers.

You need a perfectly defined path and 100% clarity to take the next step.

You are looking for a pure management role where you primarily direct the work of others.
