You will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and beyond. Key Responsibilities

- Drive feature optimization and automation at speed, ensuring they align with Simployer's strategic goals and customer needs.

- Manage the discovery process by defining clear requirements for our engineering and design teams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to understand and improve our products for our customers.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to shape and inform product decisions.

- Define and prioritize product features, set clear objectives, and build a strategic roadmap.

- Oversee product development timelines and ensure timely delivery.

- Monitor product performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.

About You

- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of managing the full product lifecycle successfully.

- Experience from B2B Product Management, and experience within SaaS and HR tech is a big bonus.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Commercial mindset, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and business impact, balancing strategic and operational perspectives

- Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Passionate about creating products that exceed market expectations and deliver real customer value.
