• 3-5 years experience within the Home Appliances industry or Consumer Electronics industry.
• Strong MS Office skills, particular in Excel and Power Point.
• Ability to analyze the market and establish strategies against the competition.
• Category/Business P&L ownership - a strong understanding of profit drivers throughout the P&L and skilled in identifying and addressing specific areas to impact results.
• Strong presentation and communication skills and comfortable presenting to senior executives.
• Rounded marketing knowledge - credible in driving the marketing communications teams to deliver exceptional solutions to support the category execution.
• Experience of face to face customer experience at a senior level.
• Understanding of complex Retatil and Trade channels.
• Fluent in English in speech and writing.

Job Description
To Samsung we are now looking for a Product Manager! In the role you will be responsible for setting up the commercial strategy in the Nordic region for your products. To be successful you need to be a skilled influencer in order to adapt and implement the global strategy based on local circumstances. You will work closely with the marketing functions as well as the sales team. You are in charge of the P&L of your products, and you need to set the direction and explain why your products will bring value to the market. In addition, you are the spokesperson for the products and talking to media is part of your role. Your position will be a part of the Home Appliance department, and you will report to the Head of Product Management for Home Appliances. You will manage specific product categories within the Vacuum Cleaners Division, such as Sticks and Robots. Your key deliverables will be business expansion, establish a robust growth strategy, build a solid and sustainable profit base, drive premium sales and deploy product and business marketing strategy.

You have the ability to identify opportunites and translate them into ideas, have exceptional influencer skills and have good appreciation of global multi-cultural environment. You also have a strong analytical mindset whilst being able to read people, understand their motivation and present the products in a way that appeals to all stakeholders both internally and externally.
