We are now looking for you to join the Marketing Department as a Product Manager
YOUR TASKS
The Junior Product Manager is in charge of supporting the Senior Product Managers on the tasks of building up a product strategy, pricing, channel management, competitors' analysis, training with the goal of increasing market share while improving profitability.
Also in your role you will take the lead with tasks that need coordination between the different Product Categories including:
- Test Management and coordination with the various Testing Institutes and Magazines
- The up-keep of Product specifications and other product information including sustainability key factors.
- Drive campaign planning of kickback promotions
- Lead other various projects that requires coordination

It is a strategic central position within the company that allows understanding our business from different angles such as Sales, Consumer, Financial and Industrial.
YOUR PROFILE
• Experience in similar positions is preferred but also just-graduated students who meet the profile are welcome to apply
• University degree required, ideally in areas such as marketing, business administration or engineering
• Fluent in English
• Swedish or any other Nordic language is preferred
• Good analytical skills and strategy thinking
• We are looking for a candidate with the right skills and motivation, who, after being in this position for a while, can eventually take a Senior Product Manager position. You need to be patient and determined enough to handle a steep learning curve while being ambitious and curious enough to learn more and take on more and more responsibility as you grow. You are very sales and business oriented with strong communication and social skills. As a person you are willing to take risks and experiment with new ways of doing things and you also welcome changes. You are capable of taking decisions under stressful conditions and tough deadlines. We also need you to be capable of speaking in public and of giving product trainings. Finally it is important that you are an analytical person that is comfortable in digging into data and statistics to find concrete actionable angles.
This position will be based in Stockholm and will be reporting to a Senior Product Manager. You will belong to our Northern Europe Marketing Department. The position requires frequent trips to other Nordic countries.
Ideal starting date: As soon as possible. This is a permanent position.
