What you'll do
Join the founding team of one of Europe's most exciting health startups and play a key role as a Product Manager! Grace Health is leading the way to a new future for women's health with a vision that attracts thousands of women to sign up to Grace Health every day. It's up to the Product team, and this role, in particular, to deliver an amazing experience from signup to launch. To do so, we instrument the user journey, find places where there could be friction, and build innovative products & features to speed developers toward their goals.
Define, build, and lead market-driven products by market and user understanding and competitive landscape analysis
Work to execute our growth strategy for the core product with strong focus on organic growth and referral mechanisms
Lead the product teams in a systematic process to structure input and prioritize product development efforts
Design, execute and analyze tests and experiments
Work closely with other PMs and stakeholders across the organization to make sure that you and your team work towards the company's short- and long-term goals.
We value
Skills and Background
4+ years of experience from working as a digital PM with focus on both activation and organic growth
Extensive experience from building and shipping products or services, preferably within healthtech
Experience working in an experimentation and prototyping environment
Exceptional project management skills, with superb attention to detail
Analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
Nice to have
A sense of humor! We spend a lot of time together-sharing gifs and laughing over lunch keeps us energized and inspired throughout the day
Experience of data-driven customer segmentation and growth experiments (A/B and multivariate tests, funnel analysis) covering the entire user funnel
Above all, we assume that you're passionate about finding ways to improve health tech solutions on a global scale, that you're curious and not afraid to ask when in doubt.
