Braive is on a mission to make it possible for anyone, anywhere to attain and maintain high mental wellbeing. Using modern technology Braive is improving access to mental healthcare services and helping people all over the world who suffer from mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, and work-related stress. Our solutions are evidence-based, effective, scalable and user-friendly, for both our patient and psychologist users. By joining us, you help us drive forwards on this meaningful mission.
We are currently looking for a new fantastic member to join our Braive family. We are looking for someone who is excited to enter a startup environment, has ambitions to grow fast and make an impact on our users, company, and colleagues.
The role you are looking at is very broad and dynamic. We are in the middle of an intense growth phase, and this will affect all parts of the organisation, including you and your new role. You will quickly gain a broad understanding of the product and organisation, and take on many different challenges. You will be able to grow in the areas you prove yourself in, and be able to excel within those.
Who you are
You love managing projects! You are likely super structured, focused, and keep track of your tasks and the team's tasks, and make sure nothing is dropped. However, we also need you to be able balance this with us moving fast and freely. What do we need at this point? How much time is worth spending here, before moving on to there? What can we do with the minimal amount of resources, which will give the greatest possible value? How do we prioritise?
You love problem solving, and are creative and innovative in finding the most suitable way to get where we need to go.
You like data! A plus would be if you have experience with Mixpanel, Google analytics, Excel, or other analytics tools. If not, you would love to learn.
You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with your colleagues in product, tech, business, and design. You will collaborate with everyone in the company!
You are great with details and providing quality results, but you also understand when corners can be cut, and what is good enough.
You can navigate in a startup environment, which is fast moving, and changes are constantly happening, and this probably excites you.
You share our desire to improve mental health worldwide, and want to join us on our journey of making this happen!

"Oh no, I am not all this!" If you want to work with us - hit us up anyways! The right person can without a doubt make what we need happen.
What you will do
You will work alongside our Head of Product, supporting, relieving work where it is needed, ultimately sharing the responsibility of the tasks at hand.
Drive and/or help manage projects, by planning and executing. This could mean everything from conducting market research on a new market, to exploring and presenting new ways of measuring user engagement.
Help break down projects into well-defined components and requirements, for our developers
Follow and develop product performance metrics, and analyze the findings, helping identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions. Setting up suitable measurements of a new experiment or release, to make sure we understand its result and success level.
Quickly gain a deep understanding of our users and our business in order to prioritize work and make informed decisions.
You will be given lots of responsibility from the start, and freedom to make decisions and truly have an impact in the way we work.
Support in discovery work and user research (interviews, surveys, focus groups, usability testing)
Support in bug solving, by testing, managing communication between support and developers
Test new features and solutions, against set up requirements.
Jump in where you are needed! We all help out where it is needed, and always support each other.

What we offer
An environment where you can grow without limitations, and in all directions
An early-in ticket on a startup train that will be growing fast and globally
An opportunity to work with something that is more than just a job - we are all very passionate about what we do, and truly want to make a difference in society, improving mental health worldwide
