Our expansion has created the need for a technical Product Manager to join the Monocl Product Management Team.
Monocl, a part of Definitive Healthcare, is a rapidly growing SaaS business focused on life sciences and healthcare. We are now looking to add a driven Product Manager to our team. As a Product Manager you will have an opportunity to have a significant and very visible impact leading the development of new capabilities in our breakthrough SaaS platform that is transforming an industry!
Your Challenge:
In this key position, you will drive our products to meet enterprise needs in the Pharma industry. As we are growing and winning more large companies in the pharmaceutical industry, the demands on enterprise administration, licensing, APIs, and system reporting are increasing. You will help us define the enterprise roadmap, plan out new capabilities, and collaborate with the teams to discover and build great solutions. Monocl Products are focused on the Medical Affairs function and processes within the Bio Medical and Pharmaceutical market.
You will work closely with customers, sales, our customer success and support teams, and engineering to develop product roadmaps, describe the needed capabilities, and write good epics and user stories. You will also work hand in hand with marketing in positioning the products and support sales.
What you'll need:
You are the type of product manager that can go broad and deep; think strategically, organize information, care about details, and effectively communicate with our Engineering and Design team in Sweden. You have excellent communication skills in writing, can lead meetings, and solve problems to make efforts move forward. You also have
You have experience product managing business to business SaaS solutions with large number of users, integrations with other systems and databases and the more technical aspects of a SaaS product like Search, User Management and APIs offerings.
3 - 5 years of experience in Product Management and as a Product Owner in agile development processes.
Some technical background and experience with one or more of the following will be very useful - programming, Search based solutions (Elastic), Geospatial systems (map databases or applications), authentication or license management systems, integration with CRM or other business systems.
