New technologies such as artificial intelligence and virtual support help to create a high degree of automation, more comfort and thus further added value for property companies. Examples include a solution that uses drones to inspect the safety of properties or the virtual assistant "Neela" developed by Aareon to improve both process efficiency and service in the area of tenant communication.
We are going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for a Product Manager to manage the profitable growth of digital solutions. You will consolidate the product roadmap, solution launch plan and pilot customer implementation. You will work closely with all the departments in the organisation to ensure compliance with group digital product strategy. You will also have a close dialogue and cooperation with our customers. This role reports directly to the Head of digital and is based in Mölndal, Sweden.
The role
Strategic development of the existing digital housing industry software solutions in the Nordics and within the scope of Aareon Smart World
Responsibility for the design, positioning, further development and implementation of current and future relevant product and service ideas in cooperation with our customers and in consideration of the group-wide corporate strategy
Responsibility for product roadmap, business cases, forecasts and market achievements for the Nordic digital products and align them with Aareon Smart World
Responsibility for achieving the financial goals of the responsible product group and lead in the responsible business development process
Work with development teams in order to set up the effort budget, including needed technical and security updates
Support for the Consulting and Sales divisions, and cooperation with all other relevant interfaces (Controlling, Development and Support) to further establish Aareon digital products Aareon on the market
Requirements
Successfully completed studies (with an economic or real estate focus) or completed comparable professional training and many years of professional experience
Several years of experience in consulting and project business
Experience in the real estate industry and in the design of real estate management software desirable
Proven project management experience
Fluent in both Swedish and English, verbal and writing
Process- and solution-oriented thinking and acting as well as high competence in structuring
Cross-functional thinking through permanent communication with all interfaces
Service and customer orientation as well as a confident and skilful appearance
