Ability to empathise with people and appreciate the importance of world class user experience.Experience in fintech and finance would help.All members of the Meniga product office have the shared responsibility of making sure that we are building the right product. Communicating with internal and external stakeholders and upholding the values and vision of the product office.We are all working together on designing the best product in the market.These are our values:Respectful communications are at the heart of everything we do.As a team, we design online financial applications of the future for people in every corner of the world.We work hard but we constantly look for ways to work smarter.We evolve our skills while keeping an eye on the industry and trends.We celebrate small victories and have fun at work because all work and no play is the opposite of fun.Overall duties and responsibilities:Take lead of scrum teams and prioritise the product roadmapDefine and communicate our product vision.Communicate all aspects of the product and roadmap to current and prospect customers.Work with the Product office on bank projects and the larger vision of Meniga product portfolio.Communicate with our community of users.Keep a close eye on the market and competition.Work with marketing and sales on defining and communicating our value proposition.Sign off functional definitions, finalised designs and completed features.Work with product designers on providing quality documentation.Monitor and act on analytics from our consumer applications.
