At Product Management we are currently a team of 4 people including our manager and we are responsible for 5 different segments, including Product Launch, Aluminum Conveying, and Safety Solution & Stainless Steel etc. For this position, you will be based in our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden and you will report to the Senior Manager Marketing and Product Management.We are looking for 2 new members, one for each of the areas:Safety Solution & Stainless Steel Aluminum ConveyingThis is the roleAs our new Product Manager you will be an important link between the market and our product development. You will be responsible for the business growth and profitability of the "Product Range", including product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. You will also gather and prioritize product- and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and work closely together with engineering, sales, marketing to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Your job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals. You will also:Define the product strategy and roadmapDefine the product functionality and set requirement specification to the product development teamEnsure that the product assortment is always attractive and viableHave a strong emphasis on market knowledge, understanding the customer and market needsMarket analysis of product potentialsResponsibility for market price and product profitabilityThis is you To be successful in this role, we believe that you have at least 3 years of experience in working in similar positions in mid-size and large production facilities. We also believe that you have great communication and decision making skills. You are a team player and enjoys working in collaboration with your colleagues but are also self-driven and innovative. Your ability to influence cross-functional teams is a great asset. You will be part of a global organization and therefore you need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
