Qapital is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Product Manager to join our team in Stockholm. You will play a crucial part in driving our product development so we can continue to deliver the best in class products that our members love.
In this role, you will:
• Gain in depth understanding of the Qapital mission, and contribute to defining, articulating, and communicating our product strategy in order to ensure that quality products are being delivered to our members.
• Lead product development and guide our team of highly skilled developers and designers through ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
• Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
• Create and manage the product roadmap that drives relevant KPIs.
• Set up a learnings/feedback cycle to integrate results from experimentation into the product development process.
Skills and requirements
You have extensive experience with product management and agile methodologies, and you're a proven leader with great communication skills. You have a passion for mobile products and services and would enjoy being part of a fast-paced startup environment.
Furthermore, you have:
demonstrable skills in a data driven approach to product development.
interdisciplinary thinking, with the ability to thrive in a cross-functional role.
outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills.
a can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to win.
excellent analytical skills with the ability to prioritize.
excellent communications skills in English, both written and oral. Swedish is not required -- we have an international team and work through English.
