hela Sverige Skyresponse is looking for a talented and hardworking individual that want to move into an exciting position as Product Manager. Ideally the person has a background in the border between marketing and product development.

The role consist of the following elements
• Capture, understand and translate customer and market segment needs into feasible requirements on product improvements, enhancements and innovations
• Build and maintain a product roadmap for the individual products
• Make business case analysis and build business plans for specific products
• Test and approve deliveries from engineers/contractors related to product development
• Negotiate and commit to characteristics, cost and time for development of a product enhancement or solution in the RFI/RFQ/quotation process
• Sales support to key prospects/customers
• Do light technical work related to for example release process for iOS and Android applications
• Tollgate reviews and decision material, such as business case and competitor analysis
In addition, some of the following tasks can be added depending on the persons profile
• Project management on key OEM customer integration projects
• Main interface to contractors and engineers involved in product development
• Product marketing and launch plans
• Product structures, data sheets and price lists
• Product marketing material

The person we are looking for must have a basic understanding of system architecture, software and telecom solutions but also be able to market and sell technical products to the customers. The product manager will work closely to the CEO as well as the development manager and system architects and will constantly communicate with the sales personal that will gather the requirements from the customers.
The candidate must have the right personal capacity and be
• comfortable in front of customers
• able to work hard and available for domestic and international travel
• good a writing marketing texts
• interested in new technologies and to find new solutions
• comfortable in talking to engineers about requirements
• able to think outside the box
• able to work in structured manner
• able to manage projects
• direct, without prestige and a team player
• fluent in Swedish and English
The position is fulltime either in Luleå or in Stockholm
