Description
Looking for a challenge in Product Management, selling value for our most premium system?
You will be a part of the Tetra Evero Product Management team within Carton Bottle Product Group and drive Tetra Pak's most premium packaging system - Tetra Evero Aseptic.
Your main role will be twofold: deployment of the system and driving product life cycle activities. Your main contacts will be Cluster organisations, Market Companies, Development and Service Operations, in addition to commercial and technical teams at customers.
You will report to the Product Director Tetra Evero Aseptic.
You will be based in Lund and travel approx. 15% of your time.
Main responsibilities
• Define Product objectives and roadmap based on situational analysis and Product Group objectives
• Identify and prioritise strategy options to meet the objectives
• Propose winning value propositions and appropriate marketing mix
• Analyse the product development needs filed internally or by Clusters, and participate in project core teams to help drive value-delivering solutions
• Collaborate with Clusters and Market Companies to support deployment and implement go to market plans
Qualifications
As a person you have a strong commercial mind, and are a capable business analyzer. You learn quickly when facing new problems and analyze both success and failures for clues to improvement. You use fact-based methods to address problems and look beyond the obvious. Furthermore you are driven, structured and have an ability to inspire and create commitment across functions.
You have a University degree either in Business Administration / Marketing or in Engineering with an MBA. We think you have worked minimum 5 years in commercial roles such as Marketing & Product Management / Key Account Management / Business Development and/or have proven commercial track record if you come from any other function. Experience on working with customers is a must, and international working experience is a bonus. Of course you have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
