All about the role:
As an enterprise producing millions of appliances each year, Electrolux is already offering a portfolio of digital products allowing end-users to live a unique experience in interacting with smart home appliances in a variety of mobile-driven user journeys across cooking, cleaning and wellbeing at home.
Such an offer is nowadays significantly growing in terms of volumes, variety of appliance categories, innovative use cases, partnerships and geographies to be covered.
The life-cycle practices involved in creating, developing, launching and maintaining such digital experiences, require these to be managed as Digital Products with an agile discipline, so we are looking at Product Manager for Taste to work as part of the Group Digital Product organization, the key enabler of the company's digital agenda with regards to mobile applications and IoT.
What you'll do:
You will work together with a highly skilled and enthusiastic cross-functional product team, and with other Product, Engineering & Design Managers, to create and evolve the next generation application for smart IoT taste-based appliances.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the team to maximize the value they produce towards OKRs that you define.
You will also help the lead the team to agree on what they can achieve during each development sprint, facilitating conversations with stakeholders, developing product requirements based on insights, data and industry trends.
In detail, you will:
• Define, own, and communicate product strategy, roadmap and OKRs, that align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Understand markets dynamics, competition, industry trends, and user needs in depth.
• Translate user insights into actionable product requirements, and together with the team, prepare user stories and their acceptance criteria.
• Set appropriate expectations towards stakeholders, and ensure the team has the right level of support.
• Prioritize the product backlog, supported by analytics, user feedback, competitive research, and insights.
• Monitor and improve the progress of the product and of the team.

Where you'll be:
This is a full-time position, based at our Global Headquarters in Stockholm/Stadshagen (Sweden), where we are 60+ nationalities under the same roof and we enjoy the look and feel of an office!
You will be part of a dynamic international team where English is the natural language.
