THE POSITION
As a Product Manager at Viaplay within sports streaming, youll be responsible for identifying what will create the most value for our customers and our business as a whole. You will draw on data to set results-oriented product goals, and increase certainty around their return on investment. This means collaborating with your team of developers and designers on a daily basis to determine what to build, and what not to build.
Together, you will develop processes that work through all stages - from ideation to launch and validation. You will motivate the team to think big. You will constantly monitor user and market trends to inform your decisions and translate the insights into an inspiring and seamless product experience.
You will work with stakeholders throughout the company to drive the Viaplay sports product forward and be part of the team that sets the overall strategic priorities for our product. As a result, there is the possibility that your responsibilities could extend beyond this area to others in the future.

YOU ALSO EMBODY THE FOLLOWING CHARACTERISTICS:
• Team player with leadership skills
• Passionate about what you do with the ability to inspire others
• Extensive experience in a similar position or level of responsibility
• Experience working in an agile organisation with digital products
• Understanding of design and good versus bad UX
• Enjoy having multiple points of contact across the organisation
• Thrive in change
• Strong ability to communicate verbally and in written English
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in product management within the media industry
• Interest in digital media and streaming
• Experience from data-driven product management, using experimentation and validation as part of the product process
