About the position
To step up the game and build a solid ground for further expansion and even more establish our market leadership in quality & technology, we are now looking for a Product Manager to drive and develop the Careium Service Platform.
As a Product Manager at Careium, you play a key role in driving the development and commercial roll-out of our products. The Service Platform is a central asset in building the value proposition and services offered by Careium.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Develop and execute on the Careium Service Platform strategy
• Drive constant improvement and optimization of the Service Platform
• Specify market requirements for future releases by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
• Be a major contributor in discussions and negotiations with our customers
• Provide benchmarking facts for competitive products
• In charge of investigations for new features (opportunity study and feasibility study)
• Continuously follow-up on the business case at different phases of the product life cycle, like checking that sold quantities and stock levels are according to plan after launch, investment in development is within limits.

In this role you will act as a central point in our organization, both externally and internally, covering the commercial roll-out, as well as detailed technical aspects and operations. The Product Manager is responsible for setting and executing the Service Platform strategy for Careium going forward, in close collaboration with sales, operations and technology management.
You will also contribute to the overall product strategy of Careium and work closely with your product management colleagues and others to build the overall game plan ahead in a constantly changing environment and market.

• Extensive product management experience, together with experience of agile software development.
• Great collaborator, listener, and team player.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain the business value of seemingly technical products to a nontechnical audience.
• A getting-things-done attitude and proven problem-solving ability. You aren't the kind of person that sits around waiting for others to act.
• Experience in product strategy, metrics, and analytics
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of reaching business outcomes and executing ideas
