We are now looking for a new colleague to join our team at Volvo Energy as Product Manager to help us create a more sustainable tomorrow.
What are we looking for in this specific role?
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to make a positive impact on society and strategically guide the Genuine Private Charging Solutions products from conception through market launch and beyond.
You will be part of a team with the mission to support the Volvo Group's Business Areas' electrified sales by driving the product development and interoperability of private EV charging solutions. We jointly simplify the electrification transformation for our customers and the society as well as accelerate the journey towards 100% fossil free and in doing so, we will support the Volvo Groups sustainability ambitions.
In this role, you will be responsible for championing product development at the decision-making level, securing necessary resources and funding, resolving issues, and ensuring the projects aligns with VE Private C&IS overall strategy and objectives.
You will be a key member of our team, expected to cultivate a deep and trustful relationship with relevant stakeholders, particularly the Truck divisions, fostering excellent collaboration over time.

Qualifications likely required to be successful
University degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent
Excellent understanding of the product development process
Track record from leveraging intrapreneurial skills in large, cross-functional organizations
Excellence in establishing cross-sectorial long-term partnerships
