Who we are

Over the course of the past six years, we've grown into a business of over 3000+ Instaboxers united by a single purpose; providing an uncomplicated shipping service - all in order to make everyday life easier. We want to change the industry and not only be a part of the future, but drive development towards it. It should be easy to shop online, and therefore we offer millions of customers across Europe a hassle-free and fossil-free shipping experience.

We're fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans to stop anytime soon. As we continue to expand our product offering to new merchants and geographic regions, our logistical network and operations are getting increasingly complex. That's why we're now looking for a Product Manager to be responsible for our Predictions & Accuracy domain!

What you'll be doing:

As a Product Manager for our Predictions & Accuracy domain, you'll work with making sure that we propose the delivery options best fit for the consumer; in particular, the closest locker for the consumer with the earliest possible delivery times. In order to make sure we can promise an accurate time of delivery to the consumers, we make predictions of our parcel arrival times based on the routes and capacity available at the locker location and on our delivery routes. In addition to the delivery time information, we also utilize geolocation data to provide locker suggestions based on the consumer's location.

You'll develop and own a product vision for the domain. In close collaboration with the Product teams as well as internal stakeholders, you'll identify opportunities that will lead us to further improve our product and processes at the warehouses. We handle millions of parcels every month, so any positive change has the potential to have a huge impact.

You'll create, prioritize and maintain the backlog according to business value (we always think "user first"!) and lead the product team in reaching the goals set by you. This includes being able to partake in analyzing the problem with data analysts, creating user journeys with the product designers, as well as technical discussions with the engineers, and going through iterations together until the intended business and user value has been reached.

Who you are

• You have 3+ years of experience in Product Management at a modern Product company
• You have experience with setting a backlog by continuous assessment of short and long-term goals and executing them in collaboration with designers and engineers
• You love building products that add real value
• You have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and are able to adapt the way you communicate based on the audience in order to get them on board
• You enjoy switching between having a strategic mindset to being hands-on and running tactical work
• You're not afraid to say "no" and back up your decisions with data and a counter-plan

We offer you

A role at the very center of what makes us Instabox. Not only will you play an integral part in developing our product offering, but also in shaping the Product department. We're constantly trying to find ways to improve our way of working and your input will shape how we as a team decide to work together.

We can promise you that you will be challenged, pushed to develop your skill set, and have the opportunity to work with open, driven, and smart colleagues. Then there's the engaging culture, centrally located office, compensation package and so much more, but we'll get to that in due time.

If you've read this far there is clearly nothing stopping you from clicking the apply button.
