We are looking for someone that's passionate about product, technology and people with the passion to coach and develop great product teams, facilitating good teamwork, and building fantastic products. Your mission is to deliver common M&C digital capabilities for IKEA to enable IKEA to deliver an attractive omnichannel experience, enabled by an effective digital work foundation for our co-workers. Preferable you have a good understanding and global experience of digital marketing and content management lifecycle and technologies.

In your role as Digital Product Manager, you will lead and guide our digital product teams in the development of a common M&C technology foundation for IKEA customers and co-workers. You will coach our managers and co-workers by ensuring they are constantly growing their skills, while solving complex problems that deliver value to our customers and co-workers. Additionally, you will contribute to company-wide initiatives as part of the leadership within IKEA.

To succeed in this role you are self-motivated and creative and have the natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges. You share our goal of creation of invincible data- and outcome-driven teams with empowered and motivated people

Your assignment will include:
Develop and lead common M&C digital capabilities e.g. digital platforms, products, data, services and workflows for IKEA
Develop the digital product vision and long-term technology strategy for M&C in close collaboration with business and engineering
Lead and align the roadmap of digital M&C capabilities ensuring consistency across the complete content flow
Coordinate work across the digital capability areas and with the wider IKEA network

Build, lead and develop empowered product teams with equal focus on product, technology, UX, Data and process
Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders (including suppliers) to improve digital capabilities with learnings from best practices within software development and industry
Drive Operational Excellence across team's services
Collaborate and contribute with product management teams in the global organizations to ensure alignment with group product mission and company-wide initiatives
Qualifications

The ideal candidate would be customer-oriented with a passion for bringing creativity to work. This role requires a candidate with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills working with a cross-function stakeholders.
You have a strong desire to continuously explore/develop digital solutions, to create a better everyday life for our customer/users and enabling long-term growth/profitability.
Excellent communicator, listener and influencer, able to express and identify different point of views and argument priorities and decisions and striving to win-win with customers/users on top of mind.
Proven track-record of leading digital development for digital platforms, with a good balance between customer/user experience and business focus, in a cross-functional development team.
You have broad and in-depth understanding of market trends, new technologies and different digital components, and how to influence the customer/user journey in the overall product experience.

Creative and innovative, able to challenge common ways of thinking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a drive for result and optimization.
Deep understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods for actionable insights.
Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills.
