Position: Product Manager - Lounge
Reporting to: Station Managers
Reports: Lounge Managers
Location: Arlanda Airport, Stockholm

Delivering a consistent and reliable operation, focused on meeting the needs of our airline customers, is at the centre of everything we do.
We are now looking for a Product Manager for our Lounges:
Main responsibilities:
Overall responsibility of our airport lounges in Stockholm-Arlanda and Gothenburg Landvetter.
• Guarantee an excellent and smooth day to day lounge operation
• Motivate and guide staff
• Develop new strategies how to improve the overall perception of the lounges
• Develop the current lounge product by active marketing with potential suppliers and customers
• Increase the customer portfolio
• Develop new opportunities in the Scandinavian Market
• Work closely with Commercial Manager on Sales strategies
Qualifications and experience:
• Degree in Marketing and/or Hospitality Management
• Highly Service minded and good understanding of executive services
• Demonstrable experience in Hospitality
• Ability to travel
• Fluency in both written and spoken English, Swedish is considered as an asset.
Under the Airport Security Act we conduct background record checks on all employees.
Working Hours: Full time
Duration: Permanent contract (6 months probation period)
