WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Product Manager within our Emerging Tech function, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of new technologies, from inception and ideation to global roll out. You will lead cross-functional teams, including Technical Engineers, Software Engineers, Data and ML Engineers, and Business Experts, to deliver high-impact products. In this role, you will prioritize features and initiatives, balancing customer value with technical feasibility. You will collaborate with other Product Managers to ensure product coherence and value creation timelines. You will act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to drive product development forward for your product.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define the strategic direction for product development, aligning it with business goals and customer needs.
Follow agile methodologies and best practices to facilitate efficient and iterative product development.
Lead a product team consisting of DE/DS/ML Engineers, Technical/Software engineers, and Business Experts.
Work closely with cross-functional areas such as AI functions, Tech functions, and Business functions to set requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
Define goals/KPIs/OKRs and align them with the respective Product/Engineering Managers, to deliver synchronized value across product area.
Track and manage risks and issues
Drive and contribute to product/solution design
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll be a part of a global team to architect, implement and support product and systems by leveraging emerging technologies to change status quo and achieve radical novelty and fast growth. The team co-drives new platform adoption, maintaining matrices to measure success of features and capabilities of the platform. The team collaborates with other Product Managers to ensure product coherence and value creation timelines and acts as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to drive product development forward for emerging tech.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with
Experience as a Product manager, Project Manager, Scrum master, or similar roles in a technology environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Functional knowledge of lean-agile development and methodologies as well as product vision creation and product roadmap development
Ability to build end-to-end product strategy, including definition of scope, roadmap, and KPIs, and understand product development from ideation to release
And people who are
Capable of gathering, analysing, and understanding customer and business needs and understanding impact against product backlog and impact on team
Able to clearly express the connections between larger business goals and small backlog items for team members
Experienced from Retail industry and specifically supply chain management is a plus
Experienced in working in complex enterprise systems
Have a general understanding system integration, system configuration in enterprise systems, development processes, test, and deployment.
The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and interested candidates should apply before 14th of March 2025.
