As the Product Manager - Digital Patients Solution Platform you will deliver a 'Best in Class' IT experience within the Digital Therapeutics and Digital Health areas. About this Role
Working in partnership with the Business Product owners you will be the Product Manager for a technical backend platform, that is the core for building digital solutions for Patients and Health Care Professionals.
The platform is a modern cloud based service based solution, that is a combination of COTS and home-grown parts. Supporting connected devices and SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) is a crucial part of the platform.
This role requires someone who has the capacity to build the roadmap by mixing insights both from collaborating with different stakeholders, follow the market, and bring own ideas of what will be the path to success for the platform
You will lead a team of Technical Product Managers and work closely with tech leads to shape the roadmap and be responsible for the product strategy to meet the vision.
Accountabilities
* Owning the Product Roadmap
* Owning and carrying out the Product Discovery Process and boards
* Responsible for the Product Strategy and contributing to the Product Vision
* Leading the Product Risk assessment, i.e., Value, Usability, Feasibility and Business Viability
* Leading a team of Technical Product Managers
* Collaborating with business stakeholders, e.g., Product Managers to assess the usage and future needs of the Platform
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need demonstrable experience in delivering digital solutions at scale. It would be highly advantageous if you have previously used Agile approaches, across projects and products. We are looking for an excellent communicator with a track record of influencing others to achieve objectives. The keys to thrive in this environment are ambition, reliability, customer orientation as well as enjoying cross-cultural working. Previous experience in handling third party suppliers and good network/consulting skills is also valuable.
Essential Skills & Capabilities
* Significant experience in building digital products as Product Manager or similar roles
* Experience with the full software development lifecycle of Agile IT projects
* Superb communication skills
* Good technical understanding about cloud native backend, and mobile solutions
* Regulatory knowledge, i.e GxP and SaMD is advantageous, however not essential
