Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation towards becoming a true partnership driven leader in sustainable transports, where electrification and digitalisation will be key. In the world of electrified transports, charging and related digital services will play an integral role in securing a superior BEV experience for our customers. Therefore, we are now looking for a Product Manager to join our Digital Charging Services team.

You will have a key commercial role in defining, creating and continuously further developing the e-mobility services needed for our customers to smoothly manage, and stay competitive within, the shift towards electrified solutions. You will be a part of a growing, inspiring and diverse team of Product Managers, working in an agile way with our e-mobility organisation towards the ambition to deliver premium digital e-mobility services for our customers.

Your role

You will be one of the first Product Managers into this growing team, with a great opportunity to have a true influence on the vision and direction of our digital e-mobility services offering. You will be an integral part in shaping leading e-mobility services from idea to implementation, enabling our customers to take the leap to electrification. In your role, you will be leading the product strategy and commercialisation of one or several digital charging services, working closely together with a brilliant team of product owners, service designers and business developers across the organisation.

Responsibilities include:

• Defining the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our service(s), by truly understanding the changing needs of our customers
• Prioritizing development efforts, functional requirements and support the development teams in their implementation
• Shaping the commercial model for the service(s)
• Driving product launches, including go-to-market strategy, product presentations and communication materials

Who you are

You have previous experience as a Product Manager, where your customer centric approach has allowed you to successfully take digital services from concepts to realization, preferably within the context of e-mobility and charging. We believe you have an agile mindset with an understanding of service development, digital transformation and possess a strong commercial mindset. You are an excellent communicator that thrives working in a collaborative environment and comfortable with ambiguity. You see opportunities and possible solutions rather than problems and obstacles. Complexity doesn't scare you off. If you enjoy change and fast pace, we think you will enjoy working with us.

Skills & requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in digital services, preferably within e-mobility and charging services
• Excellent commercial mindset, cross-functional influence, analytical and communication skills
• University degree in Engineering, Business or similar
• Fluent in English

What we offer

We offer a flexible way of working to balance work and your personal life. In the start of your career with us we would like to see you more in person in the office, to build relationships, gain training and experience the Scania culture. Eventually, you will work more in a hybrid way. Scania's culture is characterized by openness, diversity and respect for the individual. The people who work here are our most important asset, so we will invest in you to help you grow with us. As a Scania employee, you are offered several benefits in addition to personal and professional development opportunities. These benefits include mutual bonus, leasing car, occupational pension, and more.
