What you will do

The Product Manager reports directly to the CPO and is responsible for managing the existing product portfolio and driving product strategy based on the overarching company strategy and commercial opportunities. In this role you are also managing a team of Product Owners. Development and implementation of new features and functionality are done together with the Product Owners and in close collaboration with the commercial teams. The Product Manager is also expected to represent Brite at conferences and client meetings to collect relevant information and educate partners.

Responsibilities for the Product Manager include (but are not limited to):

• Collaborate closely with Business development and sales teams to collect input from customers and translate it into product features and improvements

• Define ways of working for Product to ensure efficiency and accuracy in delivery together with Product owners

• Initiate and project lead cross functional product initiatives

• Continuously evaluate and iterate on the ways of working in Product and tech to optimise prioritisation and output

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales in packaging and presentation of Brite's products

• Keep up to date with the latest developments in payments and open banking

• Be an ambassador for Brite and Brite's products externally and internally. This includes going to conferences, client meetings and internal training sessions

• Work with Business development and the CPO to implement a streamlined process of bringing from ideas -> business case -> roadmap -> delivery

Are you a brite mind?

As an individual, you have high intrinsic motivation and want to make a dent in the payment landscape. You identify with working in a challenger environment and have strong entrepreneurial drive and business acumen.

• General knowledge about the payments industry

• Thorough understanding of PSD2 and its impact on the payments industry both from a customer and technical perspective

• 4+ years of from a leading role in a product development environment

• B.Sc. in Engineering, Economics or similar

• Strong drive and interest for building great consumer products

• Key qualities are integrity, analytical skills and ability to create buy-in around you You enjoy taking the lead and bringing people along on the journey!
