About the role
We are seeking a commercial andstrategic-minded Product Manager to lead the development of our Savings Account and Transactional Account Solutions, catering to both consumers and businesses. This pivotal role is ideal for someone with a strong business acumen rather than a technology focus. Your main objective will be to manage, innovate, and integrate our savings products and transaction accounts in ways that benefit our customers and significantly reduce the bank's funding costs, directly influencing our overall financial success.
Responsibilities
Set a strategic vision for our Savings and Transactional Account Solutions.
Drive strategic decisions across savings and transactional accounts and track their impact on the bank's funding and profitability.
Identify and capitalize on unique opportunities that challenge and advance the traditional models of savings and transactional banking.
Build and sustain meaningful relationships with consumer and business partners.
Collaborate with various teams, including Cards and B2B, to develop and refine product offerings that aligns with the bank's financial objectives.
Actively seek feedback from all stakeholders, using this information to iterate and innovate on our product portfolio, including both savings and transaction accounts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in product management, preferably within financial services focusing on savings, deposits, or transaction accounts.
Proven track record of delivering financial products or services that meet market needs.
Excellent relationship-builder with strong communication and leadership skills.
