We are recruiting for a Product Management Coordinator in our Marketing Department. In this role you will help Cochlear to realise its mission by ensuring excellent management of all marketing initiated changes and by supporting and continuously improving our change management processes and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system - Windchill PDM Link.
More specifically you will be responsible for:
Gathering necessary information and creating change requests for marketing driven product and labelling changes.
Ensuring that changes to products and labels are correctly managed in our PLM system.
Representing the Marketing Department within ongoing PLM projects and supporting users in their day-to-day work within the system.
Coordinating and be responsible for various Product Management tasks, like smaller product and labelling updates.

To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience.
A few years of demonstrated experience in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) work, preferably with Windchill PDM-Link.
Experience from working in cross functional teams, preferably within a company undertaking product development.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Eager to learn and good at communicating with people in different roles.
Structured and organised working style.
Fluent in English both written and verbal communication.
The ability to solve problems and collaborate to get work done that delivers benefits for Cochlears customers.
