a leading supplier of free standing cookers for domestic use in the Scandinavian
region. Today the factory in Motala employs approximately 400 people with
departments like Quality, Industrial Engineering, HR, Purchasing, Controlling,
IT, Pre Production and Assembly. Product Maintenance Manager
Ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of existing products in terms
of cost and quality and provide technical support to the factory on short-term
product-related problems Key operational responsibilities - Define
and implement local DM efficiency and LCC action plans for products in Motala
and Minikitchen-products - Define and implement local SCR improvement action
plans for products in Motala and Minikitchen-products - Interface of R&D
towards factory, being the reference person for Plant Manager and MT being the
interface of R&D towards factory, participating in Plant MT meetings -
Support ramp-up of projects - Participate in project teams - Provide
technical support to factory on product related problems - Manage local RoHS
activities - Ensure people and competence development (responsibility for a
team of 8 people) Reporting to Product Maintenance Director
Cooking Competencies needed - Engineering degree or equivalent
experience - at least 5 years experience in Product Maintenance / Product
Development or manufacturing functions - previous team leadership experience
• good project management skills - good knowledge of product &
production processes - good knowledge of product cost accounting & reporting
• good knowledge of quality tools & reporting Languages
English, Swedish.
