hela Sverige Atlas Copco Geotechnical Drilling and Exploration Division is actively seeking for a highly motivated, project oriented and self motivation colleague to bring Diamec core drills to next level of excellence in the core drilling exploration community. The successful candidate will report directly to the GDE Exploration Marketing Manager. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the innovation, growth, market share and profitability of the product line and to co-ordinate activities within the production facility in Marsta, Sweden.
Key responsibilities include:
• Long term strategy for the design and development of the product portfolio to clearly place Atlas Copco Diamec range as a global market leader in exploration core drills.
• Provide timely and effective communications to the sales companies in conjunction with the communication department
• Provide marketing and in some cases technical support to the sales companies
• Annually update the Strategic Business plan for a rolling 3 year period with bi-annual revision that shall be presented to the MM Exploration for approval.
• Primary facilitator between the product company and the sales company with regards to the product line
• Develop master specifications for product development to keep the range updated according to market demand following AC standard product safety and quality.
• Acquire market intelligence and communicate to the marketing manager so that appropriate strategies can be developed
• To assist departments as required to ensure that Atlas Copco Diamec range meet or exceed ISO 9001 and 14001 standards
• Assist the product company with day to day tasks as required for planning and efficient production, such as prognoses, market demands, etc
The Atlas Copco Diamec range is regarded, in several markets, as a leader in its' class and offering much potential globally. The range, thanks to its APC/RCS technology represents a key competitive edge that is close to gain increased market acceptance.
We are looking for a candidate with a genuine technical interest, an university degree and working experience in a relevant field. You have leadership ambitions and have a natural way of leading other people. You are structured and fluent in English, both in written and spoken. Extra languages are beneficial.
As such the successful candidate will have, amongst other key challenges, the task to demonstrate creativity in marketing aspects to continue to already set basis. GDE is an up and coming business line with Atlas Copco CMT and offers an excellent opportunity for up and coming talent whom wish to leave mark. All within a team spirit and positivie attitude as the basis for good sound success.
