Product Line Manager - DC Power
Emerson Network Power is strengthening the Product Management team and is looking for a DC Power Product Line manager. The role is for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region and the position is located in Stockholm, Sweden.
Job description
As a Product Line Manager you will be driving the roadmaps for the DC Power and supporting products you are responsible for. The work tasks include specifying market requirements for current and future products in line with customer needs, developing and implementing launch plans and cooperating with all departments to execute. You will be engaged in the creation of commercial and technical product documentation as well as other tools needed for successful marketing, sales and support of the DC Power product line. The role requires close cooperation with Sales to support them with the tools and information they need to effectively sell. You will also be working with Engineering to define the product requirements, and with Marketing Communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. To be successful in this position customer focus and a general marketing understanding is as important as the technical skills.
Qualifications
We believe you have a technical University degree or similar and more than 5 years' experience of Product Management, from the DC Power market is a plus. Business & Financial understanding is crucial as well as excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts. Fluency in English is a must. As a person you are driven, well organized, self-going and flexible with strong analytical and problem solving skills. You are good at developing good relationships and enjoy working in teams with people from different cultures around the world. As you are working with customers across Europe, Middle East and Africa, the position will require travel.
