Description
DSO Carton Value and Economy is seeking an experienced professional for the position of PLC owner within the Engineering Integration organisation. The position will be located in Lund.
DSO Carton Value and Economy is responsible for development of new packages and packaging line within Tetra Brik Aseptic, TCA, Tetra Gemina Aseptic as some examples of packages for Tetra Pak. You will be working in the Engineering
Integration team in Line Engineering that is responsible for ensuring the delivery of the equipment part in product development projects as well as running product life cycle projects.
Main responsibilities
• Overall responsible from line engineering for planning, execution and delivery of the project on time, within budget and to the agreed quality to meet the requirements set by the sponsor or project manager
• Ensure that the technical solution is meeting the requirements and regulations as defined within the project
• Form the extended project team and together with the line organisations develop detailed delivery and resource plans to meet project goals
• Execute the project in line with the applicable process.
• Preparation and presentation of the project for review in the project governance forum
Qualifications
You are an experienced project manager with a proven track record from development projects in a production environment. The professional skills needed in this role, besides the comprehensive knowledge of project management and processes, is the ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organisation. You will have to network both within and outside DSO Carton Value & Economy, primarily with other parts of the development organisation and the supply chain organisation to secure alignment of all project activities.
You are a self-motivated person with strong result orientation. You pay strong attention to details, balanced with the ability to see the project in a larger context. You have ability to exercise informal authority, to build effective teams, motivating others and to work in a networked environment together with project team members and line managers.
You have a University degree in Engineering and a good technical understanding and interest to solve technical problems. In addition you have a documented project management experience, preferably PMP certified, and possess facilitation ability with excellent communications skills.
Written and verbal English skills are essential.
