hela Sverige Galderma in Uppsala is looking for a Product Life Cycle Manager (PLCM). Would you like to be part of a growing business? Responsibilities
As PLCM, you will be a member of the Production Planning team in the Supply Chain organization. Production Planning is made up of 12 employees whereof four (including you) are PLCMs. You will be the Change leader for Change Control (CC's) tasks related to labeling changes requested or required to the product assortment. You will also be the 1st shipment readiness leader and Master Data leader. Work tasks include:

Administering and coordinating change controls according to our SOPs
*
Developing strategies related to the change controls, to ensure and drive the most efficient implementation of these change controls
*
Ensuring that the supply chain planning, procurement, and regulatory departments are informed of the impact of relevant changes that will affect their activities
*
Ensuring that there is a 1st shipment readiness plan that is agreed upon, updated, and communicated within the Uppsala organization as well as with relevant affiliates on a regular basis
*
Participating in projects with new/change of product and acting as an interface for the supply chain functions
*
Managing and ensuring that product data within the Galderma item database systems are current and up to date
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you have a university degree and/or long experience in the pharmaceutical or the biotech industry. Furthermore, you have experience in managing change controls in a GMP environment and you have experience in, and appreciate the importance of, adhering to a Quality management system. It is an advantage if you also have experience working with TrackWise and the ERP system M3. You are proficient in both Swedish and English (oral and written communication).
You bring excellent time management skills and pay attention to detail when required - at the same time as you know how to drive activities forward at the required pace. You are target-oriented and show initiative, anticipating varying scenarios in order to ensure supply demands are met in a timely manner
You show good leadership qualities and are highly organized.
