The work you will lead We're looking for a visionary technology professional who thrives in complexity, leads through influence, and is relentlessly focused on solving real customer problems. In this role, you'll drive the development of world-class solutions that simplify transport logistics, always with the end user in mind. You have a technical understanding and ability to communicate effectively with developers and grasp technical solutions such as APIs, data models, and system integrations.
You'll work side by side with customers and colleagues, listening deeply, validating needs, and translating insights into intuitive, high-impact product experiences. You'll collaborate across teams, balance stakeholder demands and turn data into decisions that elevate the customer journey.

Things you are good at Product leadership: Proven experience driving product development in close collaboration with customers, development teams, and business stakeholders. Strong ownership mindset with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.
Domain expertise: Understanding of freight costs, invoice management, transport logistics, and cost analysis.
Customer-Centric Mindset: You deeply understand user needs and pain points and translate them into product features that deliver real value.
Data-Driven Mindset: Skilled in leveraging data and customer insights to prioritize and improve product features.
Stakeholder Management: You will navigate diverse stakeholder needs and foster alignment around the product's goals.
Leadership Through Influence: You will lead cross-functional teams by building trust and clarity-without relying on formal authority.
Agile Methodology: Experience working in agile teams and facilitating collaboration across functions.

We see that you have at least 5+ years of experience in similar role.

Bonus if you:
Have experience in transport management systems (TMS), freight audit, payment solutions and visibility platforms.
Experience working with global logistics processes and high-complexity supply chains.
Knowledge in rules and compliance within transportation and invoicing.
Knowledge and/or experience with Ecommerce.
