We're now looking for a Product Lead for Advanced Tool Solutions to focus on reconditioning and to support us with the creation of the Tool-care area. This is an exciting opportunity where you strive to create the best possible digital solutions and deliver a compelling journey for our customers!
About the job
In this position, you ensure that the digital services offer distinct functionality, value proposition and consolidate to the user experience. You're accountable for setting up the area-vision, strategy and plan to deliver upon the first minimum viable products, relating to tool-reconditioning, tool-wear and other after-market-related solutions. You're responsible for the part of our digital offering - ensuring that the application product performs in line with goals set by the organization. The job also includes responsibility for the success, lifecycle management and roadmap of the product area, as well as driving the development process for your area. You act as the main point of contact between the development team, designers and stakeholders, assist the development team in achieving the goals and are responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the respective area.
Your responsibility also includes:
Strategizing and presenting new ideas and projects to stakeholders leveraging latest trends.
Defining product features according to customer needs, as well identifying areas of improvement.
Defining requirements, managing, and prioritizing product backlog items.
Follow-up on quality of service - ensuring that implementations are carried out as identified.
Keeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product, roll out, training and introduction of new services in close collaboration with other functions.
Identifying and communicating requirements for integrations, and back-end systems that enables the product.
Follow-up on planning, budgeting, and meeting targeted KPI's.
The location of this position can be navigated on a global, flexible level - although you're preferably based close to one of our Seco sites in Europe, like Sweden, Germany or UK. Some travel might be included in your job.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with previous working experience as a product owner or leading products, preferably within after-market, machining, sustainability, consumer lifestyle industry, as well have a university degree in service design, UX design, computer science, or other related field of studies. Knowledge of agile methodologies and solutions is required, and you have strong communication and presentation skills. As we work in a global setting, you're fluent in English - both written and verbal. Knowledge in other languages is beneficial.
