About the role
As a Product Insights Manager your focus will be to support our journey towards becoming even more data-driven in our product development. You will be the manager of three product insights analysts who work embedded in the Product/Tech organisation to support their missions with proactive analysis and insights, and you will also work embedded in a team to support their mission.
This role is part of Data & Insights at Nordnet, consisting of data engineering, business intelligence engineers, data scientists, data analysts and product insights analysts. You will report to the Head of Data & Insights.
As Product Insights Manager you are responsible for the outcome of your team, and you use coaching, facilitation and your practical experience to help your team grow, succeed and continuously deliver value. During the year we have enabled A/B-testing, and you and your team will be supporting Nordnet in learning more about A/B-testing and establishing the processes to foster the right culture with continuous improvements.
You are also responsible for hiring, staffing and onboarding.

As a Product Insights Manager we believe that this is you
An experienced data analyst who has a proven record of driving change through supporting a team with insights
Experience from A/B-testing
Strong communication skills and have the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders in our vision
An empathic leader, willing to share your knowledge and mentoring and coaching others.
Bank and Finance experience
Hold a BA degree or higher in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related technological fields.
