We are responsible for the second level of defense in the areas of Product Information Security and Product Cybersecurity within the Volvo group. In this role you will work across all businesses of Volvo Group to support the resilience and product information security activities. You will set requirements, support to build an effective and comprehensive product information security framework, so that Volvo Group operates securely across all the product ecosystems.
The position reports directly to the Director Product Information Security.
This is how you will make an impact
You will work across different functions and product development organizations in the Volvo Group to strengthen and build common capabilities in the Product Information Security domain. The position will be responsible to develop and drive appointed areas in the Product Information Security roadmap to enable and follow up product information security across the Volvo Group. Strong drive and stakeholder management skills are needed to successfully collaborate and create business value across different organizations.
Overall responsibilities of the role will be:
* Drive development and implementation of initiatives and projects in the Product Information Security Roadmap
* Drive and follow up practical implementation of group-wide product information security and product cybersecurity governance and frameworks
* Drive change management activities to ensure different stakeholders understand and apply principles, directives and guidelines in respective organizations
* Facilitate co-creation with various stakeholders in the organization
Coordinate information security incidents on Volvo Group level
Who are you?
You will lead, coordinate and collaborate on various Product Information Security topics with multiple stakeholders across the Volvo Group. As this job is much about establishing the area and create successful collaborations, we need you to be a leader with strong drive and good communication skills.
We also value your holistic and problem-solving approach, as you will play a key role in the organization to identify and create pragmatic but robust solutions to new challenges. As this job includes managing urgent activities as well as long-term initiatives, we believe it is important that you can work with a degree of uncertainty and that you demonstrate good prioritization skills.
Qualifications required to be successful in this role:
Extensive experience in Product Cybersecurity, Information security or Cyber security in a complex global product development organization.
Extensive practical experience from Information Security incident management
Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including developers, security teams and senior management
Good understanding of Information security related regulations, standards and best practices
Master's degree or higher in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, communication, or related field
Product Cybersecurity and Information Security certifications are considered a strong merit
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English, written and spoken
