How will you make an impact?
We currently have an opportunity for a Product Information Expert within the Product Information team! The team creates and updates product information in the form of User manuals, Directions for Use and Labels/Box prints.
What will you do?
You will be part of a group with four people working with labels and box prints. You will work in close contact with colleagues from other departments.
In the role as Product Information Expert, you will:
Create and revise labels/box prints.
Represent Product Information in product development and product care projects, obtaining information required to create the documentation.
Collaborate with other departments and drive activities within area of responsibility.
Contribute to the teams' optimization of processes and workflows.
Plan, follow up and report progress of activities.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a person who enjoys working with a mix of small and large tasks and activities, individually and in collaboration with others, both within the Product Information team and with colleagues from other groups.
The role will suit you who is flexible and able to quickly adapt to new situations. You can analyze and re-prioritize tasks within short time frames depending on the organization's demands.
Further, we are looking for someone who:
Has a university degree in packaging design/construction or in the life science field, or equivalent experience that may be relevant to this role.
Is proficient in Swedish and English (both written and oral).
Is reliable, accurate and has an eye for details.
Is a good collaborator with clear communication skills.
Is goal-oriented and delivers high quality results within given timeframes.
In addition, it is an advantage if you:
Have a technical interest.
Have experience in leading activities in a project setting.
