We are seeking a structured and people-oriented Product Implementation Manager who will be the responsible project manager for introduction and phase out of products in our factory. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with sales, design, R&D, production and after sales to ensure that the products we develop and discontinue are properly introduced or discontinued. You 'll be a part of the Design team at High Voltage Breakers.

Your responsibilities
In a structured way manage the projects to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Collaborate with departments such as sales, design, procurement, and production.
Manage all communication and report progress and results to the R&D Project Manager, Local Product Manager and the local management team.
This position will give you the chance to get an overview and understand the different functions and their responsibility within HV Breakers.

Your background
You have an engineering background or relevant work experience.
As Product Implementation Manager it is essential that you are a great team player with an interest to learn about the products and the business.
You contribute with your communication skills, as well as with your ability to motivate others.
Prior project management experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Proficient knowledge in English and Swedish is required since you need to communicate with employees in different departments and other countries.
