LeanNova Engineering is a newly established engineering service company situated in Trollhättan, Sweden,created by former engineers from Saab Automobile AB. Together with our main investor Fouriertransform AB, we are developing the company to compete internationally, mainly focusing on the automotive industry. We offer our customers excellence in development and integration of systems and attributes for complete vehicles. We have since the start-up in February 2012 employed more than 100 former Saab engineers with an average working experience of 15 years and we will continue to grow rapidly.
Position description
As a Developing/Product Engineer, you will be a part of the LeanNova Body-team, which is currently expanding. Experience and knowledge in complete vehicle development is our strength. We use a well-defined process that describes the work and assures high quality. We work in partnership with other engineering companies, such as Combitech.
We are now looking for Product engineers with experience from the vehicle industry. BIW, closures and exterior are the areas where we see a upcoming need, but other areas needs to grow aswell. You will mainly be placed in Trollhättan, but there are aslo possibilities to sit at customers, both in Sweden or in China.
Skills & Requirements
• Minimum 5 years work experience as a Product Engineer
• Academic degree, Master in Mechanical, Structural or Physics Engineering
• Expertise within plastic material and processes or sheet metal processes.
• Experience within Catia or UG
• Experience in working with developing projects
• Used to work with external suppliers and contacts
• English in speech and writing
• Good team player/communicator
