We are looking for a new Strategy and Planning Manager with strategic planning and execution experience to join our fast-growing product management team.
What you will do
Our Strategic Planning and Execution team is part of our Webex Devices Product Management team. Our job is to formulate and implement strategy to impact the long-term outcomes of the business unit.In this position you will be a problem solver. This means you will get to use both your analytical skills and your visionary abilities. You will work closely with other teams to assess our competitive environment and position, and lead and facilitate strategic initiatives acting as project or program management.
As a Strategy and Planning Manager you will:
analyze the market and seek the best strategy to execute on our high-level Misson and Vision
produce decision materials and business cases for proposed changes
continuously track progress, flag potential roadblocks and develop solutions
support leadership team in maintaining and prioritizing a pipeline of change initiatives
proactively come up with operational improvement suggestions for business unit leadership review

In order to succeed you need to have a deep understanding of both business and people. You know that strategy is only as good as it's execution, and have the ability to work independently and generate opportunities and build strong relationships. At the same time, you are a highly collaborative worker, who are a good listener and enjoy working with people from different teams and disciplines.
Do you:
have at least 3 years of experience in Strategic planning and execution in fast paced consulting environment?
have an analytical approach and a mindset for continuous improvement?
communicate clearly and effectively and have good English verbal and written skills?
have a flexible mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment?
enjoy working in a multicultural environment with continuous learning and team building?
