We are now recruiting a Product Engineer to participate in our global manufacturing yield program.
You will organize and lead product related continuous improvement efforts based on RBS yields. This requires close cooperation with Production, Design, Test, Verification and Customer Claims departments to achieve goal oriented results. These efforts are directed towards internal production as well as our worldwide EMS partners and will require international travel.
Main responsibilities:
• Organize internal/external yield meetings, FRAG. Compile meeting materials and follow up actions
• Coordinate analysis, corrective action and reporting of production issues and problems
• Perform analysis of test stations, software, hardware and hardware logs
• Coordinate data analysis for production of VU's and prototypes
• Support production using 6-sigma methodology i.e. Cpk and FMEA
• Work with CDC and Design within both NPI projects and the TTC flow
Qualifications
This position will be working with global contacts; fluency in written and spoken English is required.
You are both creative and technically oriented and are comfortable with having the roll of "leader for change".
This position requires that you work independently and are flexible. You are familiar with the module or RBS manufacturing process as well as quality tools, for example, 6-sigma.
