Encare is a Swedish Healthtech company that develops and offers a cloud-based system for activating ERAS® best practice guidelines in hospitals for various surgical areas, for instance, colorectal, gynecology, and bariatric surgeries, etc. The service provides the proper guidelines for a wide range of procedures, working to reduce time spent on rehabilitation and enhance the chances of full recovery for patients. Our product ERAS® Interactive Audit System (EIAS) is a powerful tool for healthcare personnel, coupled with the ERAS® Implementation Program (EIP) used by some of the most prominent medical institutions worldwide.
The goal of ERAS® is to develop perioperative care and improve recovery after surgery by implementing evidence-based practices. By complying with ERAS®, Encare enables hospitals to significantly improve patient outcomes by reducing complications, all while reducing healthcare spending. The company had a turnover of 26 MSEK in 2022 and has been experiencing growth over the past few years.
To further add to our growth trajectory, we are now looking to strengthen our customer development team within product education & support specialist where you will play a vital role in ensuring our client's satisfaction by providing exceptional education and support. In your cross-functional role, you will work closely together with our customer success- and product organization.
Employment Opportunity:
Encare is seeking a seasoned Product Education & Support to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. This role is designed for a person with prior experience in a healthcare environment and is passionate about transforming healthcare through education and support, and who thrives in a fast-paced and global environment. You will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our customer development initiatives, enhancing client satisfaction and product understanding worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribution to creating, updating, and maintaining our e-learning platform to facilitate seamless onboarding and continuous learning for healthcare professionals towards our products and services. Areas include interactive training modules, user guides, release notes, and FAQs.
Ownership of first-line functional support to healthcare professionals and triage 2nd/3rd line issues inside JIRA to the product organization.
Involvement in other projects within customer- and product development where deemed relevant.

Profile:
Skills and experience.
1-3+ of previous full-time working experience in a healthcare environment or adjacent field (like health tech company) with a fast-paced working environment.
Previous experience in content creation (e-learning, visuals, videos) for diverse audiences with high-quality standards. Knowledge of Learnster is a plus.
Proven technical aptitude and experience in customer support: including answering complex product questions, problem-solving, and triaging issues. Knowledge of JIRA is a plus.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Fluency in English. An additional language is a plus
University degree in a relevant field.
