Description
As Product Director for Automation and Plant Integration Solutions you will be responsible for driving Plant Integration and Automation Strategy review and execution.
Marketing & Product Management (M&PM) defines the core category strategies, market share targets and promotional investment levels as well as product strategies. The team also defines product cost leadership targets to secure competitiveness and prioritizes development & improvements activities. The team is also securing product profitability through product lifecycle management.
The position could be based either in Lund, Sweden or Modena, Italy. The position requires approx. 25% travelling.

• Support the markets in building capabilities
• Lead deployment of our existing solution
Qualifications
To be successful in this position you need to be a self-motivated person. Being a skilled communicator and presenter, you know how to make people connect to your message. You recognise the need for acting both with formal and informal authority to influence in various constellations. You have a very good business understanding and know how to make things happen.
Furthermore are you a strong and passionate leader that possesses the ability to manage vision and strategy and that relentlessly strives for improving our way of working.
Your educational background is most likely to be a University Degree within Business Administration or Engineering. You have more than 5 years of experience in software or automation industries. To be successful in this role you have extensive experience with Business Development and Sales including experience of managing people. Additionally you possess strong business and marketing understanding and have worked with setting up strategies.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
