In this role, working closely with our CPO and Product Managers, you will have a big impact on creating the environment where our culture can flourish and drive our product forward.
You'll be leading a team of Product Managers that are innovating across both responsive web and native app experiences to unlock formidable commercial growth. You'll own the complete product process and tackle ambiguous, nebulous and complex problems through data-, business- and opportunity analysis. All while mentoring, growing and supporting hardworking and capable product teams to reach targets and KPI 's.
You'll set staffing plans, host collaboration, strategic and brainstorming sessions, drive product backlog execution excellence, identify areas of process efficiency, and promote a high-output product practice.
We're looking for you to share your deep critical thinking and knowledge of the landscape of competitive subscription based products. You also bring a proven set of processes for ensuring consistency and provide product managers the space to create products that deliver sustained value.
In the position as a Product Director you report to our CPO
Your work will involve:
Manager to Product Managers practising both people management and thought leadership.
High-performing teams - Coaching and mentoring our Product Managers to execute stellar product management in our product teams towards high-performance.
Recruitment - We are going to grow a lot and need to expand our pond and you are a key contributor in this process.
Planning and execution - Work closely with the Director of Engineering, CX Design Director, BI team and cross-functional product teams to support the prioritization and alignment of our product process across the teams.
Embody product market fit and understand what success looks like. Crafting your group's strategic thinking, informed with insights and opportunities and shepherd execution to launch impactful products to reach targets.
Communicate product targets and strategies to stakeholders company wide

Influential through thought leadership
Translation of quantitative & qualitative data to insights into product decisions
What we are fishing for:
8+ years of experience in a leading individual contributor role developing profitable cross-channel products
4+ years experience managing Product or Tech teams, ideally in a fast-growing international company
Proven track record of developing products with significant customer and business impact
A strong command of contemporary product process tools, such as Jira
In depth knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analysis
Passion for evolving people and teams to become successful
A systems thinker with creative problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-moving agile environment and experience iterating on post-launch based on user data about how your products are performing
