Job description:
• Collect and visualize plans from project management and technology functions.
• Coordinate and challenge plans to reach an end product of one optimized plan with clear activity streams.
• Assist in creation of budget correlating to agreed activities.
• Follow up plan and budget to give status update on plan and budget separately but also the correlation between the two.
Required skills:
• We are looking a very structured person with extensive communication and networking skills.
• Since this is a new position we need you to be driven and able to take the lead in implementing the new process.
• You also need to have an open and positive personality.
• Extensive experience from working within development projects, preferably with planning.
• Project Leader experience is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Swedish both written and spoken.
• French is an advantage.
