hela Sverige As a Product Development Professional you are an important player in the work with new innovative ideas for global development projects within crispbread. You will support the R&D team on ongoing projects, mainly contributing to all experimental activities (new products' development or re-styling of the existing) for the crisp bread assortment as well as supporting the team with the management of the recipes repository. The Research & Development team for crispbread consists of four enthusiastic people and a pilot plant team. You will work closely together with the Marketing Wasa department, based in Stockholm, as well as the team in Filipstad and in Germany to contribute to, or drive, projects from idea to the first industrial scale production. Your work also includes close cooperation with central RDQ functions in Parma.
As one of our colleagues is going on parental leave, we are now searching for a Product Development Professional for the crispbread category. This assignment is full time, based in the Filipstad plant and will be appointed as soon as possible and last until mid-August 2017.
We are looking for a structured, responsible and innovative person with attention to details. You are curious about the industry and keeping yourself updated on business trends and new products in the market. You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with many different people and cultures. You have an academic degree in Science (food related is preferred but not necessary); 1 or 2 years of previous experience of innovation and/or product development could be helpful but it is not a mandatory requirement. You are fluent in Swedish and must have excellent knowledge in English. German is considered a plus. Naturally, we trust that you have strong computer skills and are used to working with administration and documentation. Further, you enjoy working independently and proactively to ensure the success of your own projects, and have a strong drive to constantly improve processes. We believe that you have a "Can Do" mindset and always strive for high quality in the tasks you are responsible for.
