Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
We are looking for a Product Development & Production Manager as an addition to our product development team to initiate and lead the development of products according to our strategy and philosophy. As the Product Development & Production Manager you are responsible for initiate and lead your projects and deliver products in time for market launch at the highest quality, to the correct target price, according to design and at the right quantity, as well as to develop products to be successful both in Sweden and internationally. Main responsibilities . Project leader for new and current products and responsible to deliver each one in time for market launch . Develop each product together with our suppliers by researching and finding the highest quality ingredients and packaging material to the best price and according to target price and according to our product development guidelines . Sourcing ingredients, packaging materials, suppliers and if needed new factories . Responsible for production of current products, purchasing and production volumes . Responsible for writing all product information for internal use and internal as well as external education . Responsible for securing correct information on each product and that legal requirements are fullfilled . Compile local knowledge/key market insights and stay up-to-date with market trends, industry standards and competitor activity
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Qualifications . 5-10 years of working experience in relevant areas . Experience of initiating and leading product development in the cosmetic industry . Strong project management skills . Experience of sourcing packaging materials . Experience of production . Experience of negotiations and discussions with suppliers and factories . Strong in planning and keeping deadlines . Experience of setting target price and cost of goods calculations . Good Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills . Fluent in Swedish and in English As a person we think you are passionate about developing beauty products and goaloriented to always deliver on time. You are structured and well organised; you can plan your time as well as lead others within the projects. You can follow up on others as well as yourself to ensure tasks are fulfilled and delivered in time to secure deadline for market launch. You can set high standards towards suppliers and factories in order to achieve the highest quality for the formula and the packaging as well as good terms for purchase. You are persistent in getting the best option for the company and have a mindset that most things can be achivable. You have an entreprenurial mindset and are self-driven. Björk & Berries is in a rapid growth phase both in sales- and product development and you will work in a creative and challenging environment.
