Your team will be responsible for the development of our product line W-Xbus (building automation, industrial automation, smart ventilation, metering, monitoring, etc.). Today we are a growing team of Embedded Software Developers, Hardware Design Engineers and a Project Manager - and now looking for someone to lead us. Areas of contact within the role will mainly be your own team, the sales team, our marketing department, Business Area Managers and other Product Development Managers within the company.
LumenRadio is on an exciting scale-up journey, and you will play a key role in maintaining and developing new exciting products. You will own the roadmap for product development and create the direction for the team, along with prioritizing and balancing business and team needs - while at the same time actively looking for market input and feedback from customers.
Your future
• Lead, coach and support a competent and self-driven development team and make sure they have everything they need in their day-to-day work
• Be responsible for the team's product roadmap
• Have a shared role as Product Manager and Development Manager while leading your team
• Own the backlog, as Product Manager, and make sure the team stays on the right track in relation to our product and business goals
• Influence and play an important role for maintaining and develop our product line W-Xbus
• Be able to coordinate and prioritize technology, the business and your team
• Be a great leader while showing passion for your products
About you
• Preferably a technical degree or equivalent experience
• Experience from a leadership role, preferably in a product-oriented company
• To lead in a flat organization in a competent and self-driven team, we believe you are easy-going, humble and supporting as a leader
• Experience of product development, maybe as a Project Manager, a Product Owner or a Senior Engineer/Developer
• Being able to handle and prioritize different needs from stakeholders and departments within the company
• It is an advantage if you previously have worked within the Building or Industrial Automation segment and/or in a technical product environment
• Fluent in English or Swedish, both written and spoken
