Metry is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Product development manager to grow with us. With 100+ customers and ambitious goals for further growth, product development is a priority to keep Metry scalable and growing.
Who are we looking for?
You have extensive experience within software management. You know Agile/Scrum/Lean workflows and know what makes a perfect user story. If you have experience from the metering hardware industry, that's a great plus.
You are an outgoing person who likes to coordinate and organize people and tasks. You are proactive and self-motivated, solution-oriented, and have a sunny attitude.
The role
Your previous experience will be greatly valued, and you'll have a great opportunity to form our future product development processes. Initially, you will have several different product development-related responsibilities, but as Metry expands, we see you as the person planning the growth of the product team as you see fit, and you will become its natural leader.
Responsibilities- Structuring customer needs into projects and prioritizing these according to our operational objectives
• Preparing and managing the backlog of our products
• Regularly verifying quality of development team's outcome
• Synchronize development efforts with sales, support, and marketing
• Manage occasional external projects and bigger deliveries
