Interimsuppdrag - Göteborg
This is a part or full-time on-site consulting assignment. Our client is now looking for a product development leader. The purpose of the Product Development Leader role is to secure technology leadership, right scope, quality, time and cost for products, and to support lean and agile. The PD leaders teach, coach and challenge, develop individuals, teams and organizations and foster an innovative and learning culture.
The Product Development Leaders are responsible for executing development strategies and plans. The role comprises leaders within product development, e.g. R&D line managers, program managers, project managers, coaches and change leaders. You will be part of an area team who is in charge of a larger function of complex features.
Background and skills:
• 5 years of experience within a project leader/product development-role
Communication skills - being able to within spoken words or documentation (sketches/PPT/word etc.) be able to communicate complex concepts, processes, and solutions
Self-leadership - high drive and be able to identify and define issues and drive for solution for such issues
Experience in leading a team of several people
Highly organizational and coordination skills. You need to be structured and know how to prioritize
More about the assignment
You will be assigned to the customer through Intensogruppen. The assignment can also be applied by you with your own company and is expected to be a part or full-time long-term assignment. Start 2022-09-01 until 2023-03-31.
